With support from the Ford Family Foundation, HRATS has engaged with Lindsay to conduct a strategic planning process to help them refine their intended impact, theory of change, and priorities related to programming and organizational capacity building.
The Columbia Gorge STEM Hub worked with Lindsay on a comprehensive strategic planning process, engaging students, educators, parents, business leaders, and community members in charting a path forward for this collective impact initiative. Emerging priorities included a focus on underrepresented learners in STEM and utilizing a multiple hub and spoke approach to maximizing the impact of the STEM Hub's limited resources.
Lindsay is a member of the Leader Power Collaborative Capacity Coach network, providing organizational development assessment and planning to nonprofits engaged in the Leader Power Collaborative, a pilot project of Haas Leadership Initiatives.
Lindsay is a Senior Consultant at Public Equity Group, a national team of consultants that supports leading funders and nonprofit organizations to develop strategies for racial, economic, and educational equity.

Lindsay supported The Tofurky Company, one of the nation's leading vegan food manufacturers, through the assessment and re-certification process for B Corp certification.
Lindsay has supported the regional Community Health Assessment process through a series of community listening sessions to help the Council understand the health needs and barriers of its constituents. Prison University Project operates an accredited college program at San Quentin State Prison in the Bay Area. Lindsay supported PUP with strategic planning support, training and curriculum development, and team development and meeting facilitation.
Mount Adams Institute provides opportunities for youth, veterans, and AmeriCorps members to connect with the natural world through education and service. Lindsay has supported MAI's strategy development, change management, and served as Interim Executive Director in 2018.
REDF (The Roberts Enterprise Development Fund) is a pioneering venture philanthropy investing in social enterprises that are creating job opportunities across America. Lindsay played a central role in developing REDF Workshop, REDF's online social enterprise hub.
Lindsay designed and executed a day-long social enterprise tour for Nike's global materials team, highlighting eight innovative nonprofits in the Portland area and inspiring team members to incorporate social impact thinking into their daily design processes.
Dirt Hugger is a commercial composting facility dedicated to transforming local waste into nutrient-rich soils. Lindsay has supported Dirt Hugger through business planning, strategy development, and consulting on a successful Kickstarter campaign.
